Home Viewing Program
Our Home Viewing Program works as follows:
- Browse the jewelry on our website and pick out an item that you would like to have sent to your home.
- Email us to receive our bank wiring information or give us a call at 212 265 3868 with your credit card details.
- We will charge your credit card for the full amount of the ring, and send it to your home via insured & overnight shipping. We also offer complimentary ring sizing before we ship. The sizing will not void the Home Viewing Program return policy.
- You will have a full 14-days to try on the item at home and make your decision. If you decide that the ring isn’t right for you, we will send you a complimentary return shipping label. Once the ring returns to our showroom, we will refund your credit card for the full amount, no questions asked.
