Estate Diamond Jewelry is proud to present our shipping programs for the jewelry purchased on our website.
Free Shipping in the USA
All jewelry purchased from our website includes free national shipping unless otherwise noted.
All orders that are over $500, will be shipped with FedEx Overnight and Insured Shipping. It is important to note that there will need to be someone to sign for the package upon delivery.
Our jewelry is always sent in a nondescript FedEx box that will not give away what’s inside. We do this for security and also in order to never ruin any potential surprises.
Every package that is sent from our office is always covered by our insurance until it transfers to the possession of the buyer. From that point and on, the responsibility for the jewelry belongs to the new owner. We strongly recommend purchasing jewelry insurance.
Please note that US taxes are only collected from buyers from New York State.
How Will Your Package Look Like?
The outside of the package will be marked with standard FedEx labeling.
Inside the outer FedEx package will be a smaller FedEx box. Our insurance requires us to double-box all of our packages.
The engagement rings, earrings, and wedding bands will arrive inside custom Estate Diamond Jewelry boxes.
Loose diamonds will be either arrive in ring box and tension-held in a spring-ring for presentation. Alternatively, the loose diamonds will come in a loose diamond box.
International Shipping
Estate Diamond Jewelry provides service to international customers.
Our standard shipping cost is $100, although this price may vary depending on the country. All international taxes, duties, and tariffs are the complete responsibility of the buyer.
The following countries are included in the standard $100 shipping costs: United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Israel, and Japan. Other countries may be required to pay more for shipping. Please contact us before you make the online purchase.
It is important to note that although Estate Diamond Jewelry does accept international returns, the return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
We highly recommend that international buyers research the taxes, duties, and customs of their country before making the purchase.
Tracking your order
Your order, once shipped will be fully trackable. A FedEx tracking email with send when FedEx picks up the package from our showroom. You will be able to track your item online.
If you lose your tracking number, you can always email us and we will tell you exactly where your package is and when it will arrive.
