Our showroom is located on 5th Ave between 48th Street and 49th Street. It is located two blocks from the NYC Diamond District.

What is your shipping policy?
National shipping on all orders is always completely free. This includes orders within our Home Viewing Program, and all orders ship overnight if the item is readily available and does require custom work or resizing. Additionally, Estate Diamond Jewelry offers insured postage with every delivery.

What is the Home Viewing Program?
The Home Viewing Program enables our customers to view the ring from the comfort of their homes.
After selecting an engagement ring or wedding band, the customer will place a security deposit on the item. We will send the ring to your home via a fully insured overnight post.
Upon receipt of the ring, you will have 14 days to review and enjoy it in person before making a decision. If you decide not to purchase the ring, you can simply send it back and receive a full refund.

Is your jewelry conflict-free?
We are pleased to provide environmentally sustainable and ethically sourced diamonds to our customers. All of our diamonds are environmentally responsible and conflict-free. Our antique old mine and old European cut diamonds are vintage as well.

Do you have pieces not pictured online?
We are always acquiring rare and interesting pieces, many of which may be found online. For those that are not, contact us at email@example.com for inquiries about pieces not pictured, and your request will be addressed promptly by our staff.
How can I see the rings in person?
The Estate Diamond Jewelry showroom is available for appointments between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. At our showroom, the entire collection of antique engagement rings is viewable and wearable in person.

As many of our hand-picked pieces are one-of-a-kind, it is sometimes the case that a ring is sold quickly. If you are interested in a ring, do not hesitate to contact our experienced team. What distinguishes your vintage pieces and antique jewelry?
Each of our antique pieces is curated by expert jewelers with over 30 years of experience. We have an incredible selection of the finest rings from the Art Deco, Edwardian, and Retro Eras.
Unlike modern stone cuts, the stones in our antique pieces are hand-cut by master gemologists. Antique diamonds have warmth and brilliance that isn’t visible in modern diamonds. Each of our pieces showcases signature characteristics of the style of their era, for added originality and authenticity.
What are your accommodations for antique jewelry repair?
We accommodate the immediate repair of any item purchased from Estate Diamond Jewelry. We encourage our clients to contact us regarding the repair of any and all of our vintage or modern pieces.
Do you buy jewelry?
Our jewelers and gemologists love unique and rare jewelry. We will gladly accommodate the sale of single items or entire estates. Our knowledgeable and professional staff will examine your item and see to it that they are given the highest value possible.

Are there additional charges for sizing and delivery?
Estate Diamond Jewelry will size any item purchased from our showroom for free up to a size 7.5. The shipping is also free and insured overnight for all deliveries.
What are my payment options?
At Estate Diamond Jewelry, we hope to make the purchase process as easy as possible for our customers. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer a convenient layaway plan that requires a 10% initial deposit.
